The Grace Prep Department of Student and Family Ministries regularly presents the Tillie Burgin Servant Leadership Award to a worthy Grace Prep senior. Tillie Burgin is one of the most respected leaders in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, and throughout her lifetime she has demonstrated Christ-like compassion, vision, leadership, and humility. The Tillie Burgin Servant Leadership Award recipient for September was Isaiah Cavanaugh.
During his sophomore year, Isaiah and two upperclassmen founded REVIVE, which is a student-led and student-run ministry. REVIVE promotes a bold and passionate relationship with Jesus Christ. As a senior, Isaiah continues to provide visionary leadership for REVIVE and is also helping to develop future ministry leaders. Additionally, he is a National Honor Society officer. Isaiah consistently leads with both confidence and humility. Derrick Kinney and Associates generously provides each monthly winner with a monetary award as well.
