Congratulations to Drew Moore who was named NBC5 Wingstop Scholar Athlete for the month of October! Drew, a senior, just completed the cross country season where he finished 39th at the TAPPS 4A State Meet in Waco. In the spring, he’ll again play tennis, hoping to build on last year’s third place finish in state in 4A Doubles with his brother, Luke. Additionally, Drew is heavily involved in activities at school including starting both Mu Alpha Theta (math honor society) and HOSA – Future Health Professionals organization, as well as participating in National Honor Society, Business and Investing club, and serving as Vice-President of the Student Senate.
