Spring Testing – 7th Grade!
7th Grade Parents!
Your 7th grader will take the reading and math portions of Terra Nova 3 on Wednesday, April 15. The testing timeframe is 8 a.m.—11:50 a.m. After testing, your student will remain in their classroom until lunch. After lunch, they will resume their regular class schedule for the remainder of the academic day.
Please plan for your student to be on campus on this day. We are fortunate that we are not under the same state mandates as our public school friends, but yearly assessments are beneficial. The Terra Nova shows us how your student is doing as compared to the rest of the nation. Test results can also tell us if your student is struggling with math or reading.
What to Know:
- Test Room Assignments have been communicated via email. Please check your email!
- Please send your student with 2 – #2pencils and a book to read after testing.
- Please encourage your student to eat a good breakfast. There will be a couple of breaks during testing, so please send them with a snack.
- We anticipate mailing home test reports in mid-June.
