Sport & Cheer Physicals
Physicals are required for all students participating in junior high and high school athletics and cheer, and are valid one year from the date given. They must be completed and turned in to the Athletics Office (either in person or via email) prior to the first day of practice or first day of school, whichever comes first.
You can get your physical done with your primary care physician or most walk-in clinics (ex. CareNow, CVS Minute Clinic, City Doc Urgent Care).
