Our academic model is different – we’re the first university model school in the country, and you’re going to love what it gives to your family.

Elementary

Grace Prep is the happiest place on earth on Tuesdays and Thursdays as our Pre-K through 6th-grade students fill the campus. In small classes with an average 15:1 student-to-teacher ratio, experienced educators who love Jesus guide students in engaging and meaningful learning. Students continue learning at home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, completing teacher-assigned work under their parents’ supervision. During these satellite-campus days, our teachers actively partner with parents, providing support and answering questions to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Grace Prep educators intentionally integrate a biblical worldview with established academic standards, providing students with a foundation for both academic excellence and spiritual growth. Our educators are purposeful in their approach, ensuring that lessons nurture both the mind and the heart. Part of our academic year includes the administration of academic assessments so we can monitor each student’s progress. Parent-Teacher conferences are held three times a year, furthering the partnership between parents and the school.

Grace Prep Elementary offers a full-school experience! Each grade level participates in class field trips, Math and Science Night, Christmas Extravaganza, and History Night. These activities, along with such fun events as Mother-Son Dodgeball, the Sweetheart Dance, and Field Day, provide the opportunity for families to build community with each other and with their students.

Grace Prep gives you more time with your child!

Secondary School

At Grace Prep, Secondary School includes students in grades 7 through 12. These students attend classes on campus Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, engaging in full days of learning and collaboration. Their schedule includes seven academic periods featuring core subjects, electives, and athletics. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, students work from home to complete assignments provided by their teachers. During these at-home days, parents provide oversight and assistance as needed, while teachers remain available to answer questions and provide support. Academic support is also provided through Math Lab, Science Lab, and Writing Lab. Parents and teachers work together to ensure each student’s success. Opportunities to take honors classes begin in the 7th grade year.

Grace Prep students enjoy a wide range of courses designed to meet diverse interests and academic goals. Each student is encouraged to select courses that equip them for life after high school, develop their passions, and foster their God-given talents. Teachers draw from established educational standards, from such sources as TEKS, NCTM, and NCTE, to plan courses and guide instruction. Our college-prep model emphasizes the development of essential “soft” skills, including time management and organization, to prepare students for success in higher education and beyond.

Grace Prep Secondary Students are busy! They enjoy a range of opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities like athletic events, fine arts events, Homecoming activities, class trips, college tours, as well as serving in a variety of capacities on and off campus. These opportunities serve to build community among our students, faculty and staff. Grace Prep Secondary Students love their Grace Prep family!

We partner with parents to raise great kids who impact the world!

College-Ready

Grace Prep offers exceptional opportunities for students dedicated to academic excellence and growth. Our comprehensive Academic and College Advising program begins in junior high and continues through the critical high school years. Students can take advantage of honors, AP, and dual credit classes to prepare for the challenges of college-level work.

The College 101 course guides students through the college admissions process, encourages exploration of potential career paths, and introduces them to various colleges and universities. Additionally, our two annual College Fairs allow students to meet with college representatives and learn firsthand about the unique offerings of different institutions.

We have students who attend college all across the country. From UC San Diego to the University of Maine, Wheaton to Auburn, Grace Prep alums are making a difference at colleges, trade schools and universities all over the country.
