2019-2020 Athletics Physicals

Get your athletics physical taken care of and turn in all your paperwork in one stop!
You must buy a ticket for $20 from the Athletics Office by Friday, May 17. The physicals will be done at our neighbor up the hill, Sideline Orthopedics & Sports, on Saturday, May 18 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tickets are required!
Parents are encouraged to attend with any athlete, but MUST accompany any junior high athlete and any athlete taking ADD/ADHD medications.
