The non-refundable application fee is $125 and is paid online at the time the application is submitted.
When the enrollment packet is complete and submitted, the non-refundable $250 enrollment deposit (a per-student cost which is credited towards your tuition total) and the Family Capital Invest fee of $625 (a one-time, non-refundable cost per family) will be withdrawn from your account. These will be debited from your account via FACTS within 10 days of submitting the enrollment packet.
The Contract of Continuous Enrollment is embedded in the enrollment packet. You will be asked to sign the contract before submitting the packet.
This depends on the payment plan you select. Grace Prep has very flexible payment plans that work for a variety of family situations. During the process of completing the enrollment packet, you will be asked to create an account in FACTS and select a payment plan. This will dictate when your first payment is due. If more information is needed, please contact our Family Finance office.
All enrollment deposits of $250 and the Family Investment Capital of $625 are nonrefundable. A family that withdraws from their enrollment contracts after June 1 but prior to the first day of school will also be charged 20% of their tuition balance. If a student withdraws after school has started, the family will be responsible for the entire tuition contract.
Grace Prep is pleased to offer an all inclusive tuition structure. Grace Prep does not cover costs for uniforms, class supplies, AP tests and prep, lunches and costs associated with extracurricular activities such as meals while traveling, athletic gear that one retains, etc.
Grace Prep does offer minimal tuition assistance. Please see the Tuition Assistance FAQs for more information.
Tuition Assistance FAQs
Tuition Assistance is available to families based on need. However, it should be understood that Tuition Assistance is designed to bridge a short term gap for a family; it is not designed to cover a family’s tuition cost in its entirety.
The average amount of Tuition Assistance awarded typically is equal to one month’s tuition payment.
Once you have submitted the online application for admission, you may begin applying for Tuition Assistance. Applications for Tuition Assistance will not be processed until an online admission application is received.
The application for Tuition Assistance can be accessed at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/44RT7. Once you click on the link and create an account, you will see the button FACTS Grant and Aid. Click Start Application to begin the process.
You will complete the FACTS application, submit the required financial documents (most recent tax return is required along with other documents), and pay the application fee. FACTS will verify the information submitted and communicate a determination of need to Grace Prep. The Tuition Assistance Committee will evaluate the information and determine the award amount. This information will be communicated to the family as soon as it is available.
Once the Tuition Assistance application and required documentation is submitted, FACTS will compile and communicate a recommendation to Grace Prep. A family should expect to hear about the status of their application within 14 business days of submitting all required documentation.
Families who are prompt about submitting the required documentation to FACTS should receive information about their award by the time the application process is complete. Should a family complete their enrollment contract before being notified of their award, and then decide the award is not sufficient, they will have 5 business days to notify Grace Prep of their intent to withdraw their enrollment contract. The Family Capital Investment and the Enrollment Deposit are nonrefundable.
