Tuesday, November 10, is Spirit Day! : )

• Spirit Day Attire (Grades PK-6):
  • Upper Body Wear: Students may wear Grace Prep t-shirts, polos, or outerwear. Spirit wear must be purchased from the Grace Prep Spirit Store, Grace Prep Athletic Sport Stores, or Lone Star Team Gear Uniform Store.
    • Polo shirt with the Grace Prep logo – navy blue, white, or light blue. 
    • Spirit shirts must be navy, gold, light blue, gray, white, cream, or black. 
      • Spirit wear that is not Grace Prep colors cannot be worn on spirit days. This includes some previous year’s shirts as well as some athletic team items with other colors not listed above. (ie: A navy Grace Prep t-shirt with pink print would not be in dress code. A fluorescent yellow shirt with navy print is not in dress code. An old field day shirt with bright colors is not in dress code.) Athletic jerseys — including Grace Prep team jerseys — are not part of the dress code and may not be worn during the school day regardless of color. 
      • Conference shirts (T4, RE, etc.) and tournament shirts, including TAPPS “branded” merchandise sold at TAPPS events, are not acceptable, even if they are in school colors. 
      • Grace Prep spirit wear made outside of the school is not part of the uniform and may not be worn during the school day. 
      • Spirit wear pieces cannot be modified, customized, cut, or altered in any way. 
    • Grace Prep Sweatshirts or Hoodies
  • Lower Body Wear: Students wear jeans, appropriate jean shorts with a minimum 5-inch inseam, or the same as standard school days.
    • Pants or shorts with rips, holes, or tears are not acceptable.
    • No cargo shorts or pants, joggers (with an elastic band at the ankle), athletic shorts, or leggings are allowed. 
    • Little Lion skirts and Blue Crew shorts are only allowed on their clinic or sport camp days – not spirit days.
