Lights Up on the ’90s: John Lennon & Me Takes the Stage

Grab your Walkman and dust off your favorite windbreaker, Lions! Grace Prep Theatre is proud to present its One Act Play, John Lennon & Me by Cherie Bennett, in two public performances this month.

Set in the 1990s, John Lennon & Me is a story full of heart, humor, and honesty. Our students, under the direction of Miss Claudia Fain, have poured countless hours into rehearsals, set building, and costume design to bring this story to life. From track suits to boy bands, you will be transported straight back to the MTV era, and you just might leave with a lump in your throat.

Dates: Thursday, October 15 and Friday, October 16
Time: 7:00 PM – House opens at 6:30
Location: Walnut Ridge Baptist Church, Youth Building upstairs
Tickets: $5 at the door

These performances fall during Homecoming Week, so make it part of your Lion pride! Your support means the world to these students as they put the final polish on their show and prepare for competition. There is nothing like a full house to send a cast off with confidence.
